Six months. Weekly remote gatherings in an intimate setting with like-minded women. Coaching, community, and 3 sessions of one-on-one discipleship with Callie Nixon. A closing in-person retreat to supercharge your path and cement your new deep relationships.
Before we build anything, we tend to what's beneath. You'll rediscover who you are in Christ, work through what's been holding you back, and build trust with the women walking this road beside you.
How are you uniquely wired? We'll go deep on your gifts, leadership style, and how to grow as a leader who can influence in every direction — including up.
This is where readiness becomes movement. You'll leave with clarity about your next step and the confidence to take it — fully known and fully loved.
